The ThirtyYears Team and I have various meetings to discuss our visions for the upcoming week’s work so we can align our path moving forward. This makes it easier to create and often allows for less revisions. They provide me with all content by a specific day each week so we can stay on track with a posting schedule.

All drafts are uploaded to a content calendar for the TY Team to review, leave comments, and approve of all posts. From there, they can download all finalized content to post on their social media accounts.
